Due to the implementation of the qualified invoice storage method (invoice system), the method for issuing receipts has changed to the following.

Under the invoice system, a receipt must be issued for each transaction, and issuing receipts with divided amounts is not permitted. Therefore, we are unable to issue receipts such as those listed below. We ask for your understanding.

× "Breakfast included plan" will be issued separately for accommodation fee and breakfast fee
× The accommodation fee of 9,000 yen per room per night will be issued in two instalments of 8,000 yen and 1,000 yen.
× Only 8,000 yen will be issued out of the 9,000 yen accommodation fee per room per night.
× If multiple people stay in one room for one night, tickets will be issued separately for each guest.

However, if you are staying for multiple nights or using multiple rooms, you can pay by night or by room and we will issue you a receipt for each payment.

"In case of consecutive nights"
Example) 1st ticket: 10,000 yen for the 1st night 2nd ticket: 9,000 yen for the 2nd night

In the case of multiple rooms
Example) 1st ticket: Room 601, 9,000 yen 2nd ticket: Room 603, 9,000 yen
