House Rules
Under Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation, every guest is asked to observe the following house rules to ensure their comfortable stay and the Hotel’s publicness and safety.

Pleases note that guests who fail to observe these House Rules may be refused their continued stays under Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.



(1) Using any fire for heating or cooking, irons, candles, incense, or other similar items is not allowed in corridors or your room (except for items lent by the Hotel and other items approved by the Hotel).

(2) Smoking is not allowed on the bed or in corridors or other fire-prone places.

(3) Singing loudly, making noise, turning up the volume of the television or your mobile phone too loud, or committing other acts that may annoy or disturb others are not allowed. Talking loudly over your mobile phone and in conversations is strictly prohibited in your room after 9 p.m. For these purposes, please use the lobby on the third floor or other appropriate public areas.

(4) Bringing the following into corridors or your room is not allowed:

(a) animals and birds;

(b) items giving off a foul odor;

(c) a large number of items;

(d) gunpowder, volatile oil, and other flammable items; and

(e) guns, swords, and other dangerous items not lawfully authorized for possession.

(5) Gambling or other activities that may disturb public morals are not allowed in corridors or your room.

(6) Please refrain from meeting visitors in your room. For any meetings, please use the lobby on the third floor or other appropriate public areas.

(7) Using your room, the lobby, or other areas on the Hotel’s premises for business activities is not allowed.

(8) Using any amenities or furniture in corridors or your room for unintended purposes is not allowed.

(9) Removing any furniture in your room from your room without the Hotel’s permission is not allowed.

(10) Making additions or alterations to the Hotel’s property or amenities is not allowed.

(11) If you deliberately damage, contaminate, or lose any property or furniture of the Hotel, you may be required to compensate the Hotel for the damage, contamination, or loss.

(12) Hanging items that may detract from the Hotel’s appearance out of the windows of your room is not allowed.

(13) Distributing advertising or promotional materials to other guests is not allowed on the Hotel’s premises.

(14) Leaving your bags or other personal belongings unattended is not allowed in corridors, the lobby, or other public areas.

(15) Ordering from external food delivery services is not allowed in your room.

(16) The Hotel will not pay on your behalf.

(17) The Hotel will not receive your baggage or packages sent freight collect, refrigerated, or frozen.

(18) Using emergency stairs or other fire escapes without good reason is not allowed, except in an emergency or unavoidable circumstances.

(19) If you want to change your stay dates, please notify the reception desk in advance.

(20) Please keep your room key until you check out and return it to the reception desk when you check out.

If you lose or damage your room key, you will be charged 2,000 yen for replacement.

(21) For sanitation reasons, your room will be cleaned by housekeeping once every three days.

Please note that if there is a concern about your safety, hotel staff may enter your room without your permission.

(22) If you stay for 30 consecutive days or longer or the Hotel otherwise considers it necessary, you may be asked to change your room to keep the quality standard of the room.
